Understanding the equipment. Body positioning, weight distribution and throttle control.
Practice: Flat water entry, prone riding, on-knees riding, stand-up riding.

Avid e-Foiler (4.5 hours - $600) * RECOMMENDED*

Discovery + extensive practice: controlled lift-offs, sustained flight, turning and carving in flight, speed control and efficiency, advanced maneuvers, proficiency and confidence.
